Internship: Germany account manager for the German market– M/F

Duration: 6 months or more. Possible permanent contract at the end.
Availability: ASAP.
Location: Malakoff (Paris) + travel in Germany
Mission: participate in the development of blogSpirit on the German market
You will be working with a senior account manager and under the direction of the European Business manager.
You will be in charge of the sales development for B2B major companies (media, advertisers, telecom operators...) directly or through a distribution network (distributors, partners, businesses contributors) on the German market.
Main activities:
- You will sell the products and services to major companies: prospecting, qualification of the lead, realization of the commercial offer, negotiation, signature, follow up of the contract and of all its related operations.
- You support our network of partners/distributors in Germany by bringing advices, support and answers to their questions within the framework of their commercial actions.
- You Co-control the phase of realization and implementation of the product/service sold until its setting up in production in close relation with the project manager in charge of the integration. You guarantee that the delivered solution answer to the customer's initial needs.
- You are the interlocutor of the customer during the life of the project: you answer its requests, you listen to his needs and propose adapted solutions, you meet him regularly to make sure he is satisfied by our services, you create his loyalty by renewing his contract with the company.
- You take part in the development, and in the definition of blogSpirit products, their documentation and associated promotion supports.
- You follow the competitor's offers and report it quarterly.
- You take part in the realization (definition, implementation, follow-up) of the related projects to the mission in the field of sales, marketing and communication.
- You promote the image and the values of blogSpirit towards its customers. You help with the development of the notoriety of blogSpirit on its markets.
Profile:
- End of study training course. Background: Business school.
- First commercial experience validated in major companies in a French or international context.
- Good comprehension of the web 2.0 environment (stakes and vision). Strong interest for the associated technologies and services.
- Strong commercial sensitivity and communication.
- Bilingual: German and French.
